Privacy Policy
This Coaching relationship and sessions, well as all information (documented or verbal) are completely confidential and are bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the ICF Code of Ethics. However, please be aware that the Coach-Client relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like the medical and legal professions) and thus communications are not subject to the protection of any legally recognized privilege. The Coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s written consent. The Coach will not disclose the Client’s name as a reference without the Client’s consent.
Some of the Coaching sessions might be recorded electronically to serve as an evaluation tool for the Coach and further reflection by the Coach. The Client will be notified before starting the recording and the recording will only be started after verbal confirmation by the Coach.
All stored information (documented and electronic) will be held in offline location with no direct access (air-gapped) to the internet. This information will be destroyed within 2 years of the session or earlier. Copies of recorded sessions can be provided to the Client upon request
